Account deletion

You can request deletion of your Block Puzzle Heaven game account and associated data without reinstalling the game.

Deletion requests are handled manually by UPPERLEAF support. We verify ownership before any data is removed. Sending a request does not mean that deletion is complete.

  1. Email us from the address linked to your game account, using the subject below.
  2. We send a request-confirmation message to the confirmed Google email address on file and check your reply before processing. Do not send Google passwords, sign-in codes or login tokens.
  3. We confirm the processing status and explain any retained data. If you cannot access the linked email address, contact support for help.

What the request covers

Your game-account profile, chosen ranking region, connected progress, scores, ranking entries, inventory and game reward records are associated account data. The account-deletion request also covers the game authentication identity and associated service storage where present. Actual removal must be confirmed before a request is marked complete.

What does not happen automatically

The request does not delete your Google account or other apps. Signing out or uninstalling Block Puzzle Heaven does not remove cloud records. Locally stored guest progress is separate from connected-account data.

Retention and completion

Security, fraud-prevention and provider records can have separate retention. Current Google Cloud log buckets retain default logs for 30 days and required audit logs for 400 days. These are not a promised account-deletion waiting period. See our privacy policy for more information. Support will confirm processing status. We review related service records, controlled copies and support correspondence for each request, and explain any retained categories, reasons and applicable retention periods before marking the request complete. We do not promise immediate complete erasure or automatic deletion within 90 days.
